User Data Deletion
White Apple Communications respects your privacy. If you have an account on our website, you can request deletion of your account and personal data whether you signed up using a normal email account, Google Sign-In, or Facebook/Instagram login.
How to request deletion
- Email info@whiteapple.com.pk from the email address linked to your White Apple account.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, registered email address, phone number if linked to the account, and the sign-in method you used: Email, Google, Facebook, or Instagram.
- For security, we may ask you to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
Email account users
If you created your White Apple account using your email address and password, send a deletion request to info@whiteapple.com.pk from your registered email address. After verification, we will process the deletion of your account data that we control, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal, tax, transaction, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes.
Google Sign-In users
If you signed in using Google, send your deletion request to info@whiteapple.com.pk from the Google email address connected to your White Apple account.
You can also remove White Apple’s access from your Google Account by opening your Google Account settings, going to Security, then Third-party apps & services, selecting White Apple, and removing access. Removing Google access stops future access through that connection, but it does not by itself delete data already stored in your White Apple account. To request deletion of that data, please email us as described above.
Facebook or Instagram users
If you signed in using Facebook or Instagram, send your deletion request to info@whiteapple.com.pk from the email address associated with your White Apple account and mention that you used Facebook or Instagram login.
You may also remove White Apple from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, selecting White Apple, and choosing Remove. Removing the app disconnects Facebook access, but it does not necessarily delete information already stored by White Apple. To request deletion of that information, please contact us by email.
What may be deleted
Depending on the information connected to your account, deletion may include profile information, account identifiers, login-related information, and other personal data that White Apple controls and is not required to retain.
Information we may need to retain
Some records may need to be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as completed orders, invoices, tax and accounting records, payment or transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Confirmation
Once your verified deletion request has been processed, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request.
