Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
White Apple Communications offers free delivery across Pakistan. Enter a complete delivery address and a working contact number when ordering. Read our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Our usual delivery time is 3–5 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Courier delays, public holidays and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If your order is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can check its status.
Can I return an item?
For eligible items, request a return within three days of receiving your order by emailing info@whiteapple.com.pk. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Request approval before sending anything back. Sale items and gift cards are excluded. Read the Refund Policy for all conditions and instructions.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Email info@whiteapple.com.pk with your order number and details of the problem so our team can evaluate it and help.

How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select its available color and configuration, and add it to your cart. Review your items, quantities and total, then proceed to checkout and enter your contact and delivery details. Keep the order confirmation and order number after completing checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Review the options provided before completing your order. Product prices on our store are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
Can I change my order or delivery details?

Can I visit the store or collect my purchase?
Yes, you can visit our store and collect purchases in person. Contact our team to confirm stock and arrange collection.

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the manufacturer information supplied with it. Check the product page and its warranty details, or ask our team to confirm the coverage for the exact model before purchasing.
